Cape Town stadium, once known as Green Point stadium, is the purpose built football stadium for the 2010 world cup where 8 matches were played

The stadium cost R4.4 billion, roughly £400,000,000 and was able to seat up to 68,000 fans - now the world cup is over the seating has been to 55,000
