The most luxurious method of travel through out Africa has to be the Blue Train. A luxurious train trip over night from Cape Town to Pretoria (or Pretoria to Cape Town) is a unique and breath taking trip through central South Africa.


Sit back as you travel through the Karoo with a chance to see wild ostriches run wild, the grape growing region of Eden of the Hex River Valley and Kimberley. Sheduled stops can be organised along the route with a chance to drink in the 'real' South Africa'



The train boasts 18 cars with many dedicated to private suites all with their own private bathroom. The dining onboard is, naturally, first class and of extreme high quality (for the men a jacket and tie is required and for the ladies elegant eveningwear).

Whilst the trip is only one night this is a truely elegant method of travel. The blue train can also be hired for private functions, weddings and corporate events if required.
