The two oceans aquarium at the Water Front in Cape Town has one of only two living kelp forest exhibit in the world.
As you drive around the coast in Cape Town you may notice large patches of green, ugly, kelp. After a trip to the aquarium to view the kelp from underneath you'll have a whole different perspective.
The huge tanks hold 800,000 litres of seawater and are 6m deep and home to national/local fish and rockhopper penguins.
Aquarium divers feed the fishes - Wednesdays and Saturdays at 12h00 and there is also the chance for advanced divers to take the plunge and help with the feeding.
